We have been busy in Q1 of 2018 compiling feedback from our customers to measure how SNF are being received overall throughout the industry. Points covered in the Customer Satisfaction survey consisted of;
In total 116 surveys were completed with an overall score of 93%. Our focus on customer satisfaction has stemmed from us trying to constantly improve our customer experience when working with us and looking for areas of improvement.
